Политика возврата товара (цифровые товары)

1. Общие положения
   Данная политика регулирует возврат цифровых товаров, таких как программное обеспечение, шаблоны, плагины, коды, лицензии и иные нематериальные продукты, доставляемые в электронном виде.

2. Характер цифровых товаров
   Цифровые товары доставляются немедленно после оплаты. Возврат или обмен невозможен после загрузки или активации товара.

3. Условия возврата
   Возврат возможен только если:

• Товар не был доставлен (например, отсутствует ссылка или код).

• Товар не соответствует описанию на сайте.

• Техническая ошибка со стороны продавца делает товар непригодным.

4. Возврат невозможен, если:

• Товар загружен, активирован или использован.

• Товар приобретён по ошибке.

• Клиент отказался по личным причинам.

5. Порядок обращения за возвратом
   Обращение с описанием проблемы и чеком отправляется на email. Заявка рассматривается в течение 3 рабочих дней. Возврат средств — в течение 5–10 рабочих дней после одобрения.

Raqamli mahsulotlar uchun qaytarish siyosati

1. Umumiy qoidalar
   Ushbu siyosat raqamli mahsulotlarni (dasturiy ta'minot, shablonlar, plaginlar, kodlar, litsenziyalar va boshqa elektron mahsulotlar) qaytarish tartibini belgilaydi.

2. Raqamli mahsulotlarning xususiyati
   Raqamli mahsulotlar to‘lovdan so‘ng darhol yetkaziladi. Yuklab olingan yoki faollashtirilgan mahsulotlar qaytarilmaydi va almashtirilmaydi.

3. Qaytarish shartlari
   Quyidagi holatlarda pul qaytarilishi mumkin:

• Mahsulot yetkazilmagan (masalan, yuklab olish havolasi yoki aktivatsiya kodi yuborilmagan).

• Mahsulot saytdagi tavsifga mos emas.

• Sotuvchining texnik xatosi mahsulotdan foydalanishni imkonsiz qiladi.

4. Quyidagi holatlarda qaytarish mumkin emas:

• Mahsulot muvaffaqiyatli yuklab olingan, faollashtirilgan yoki ishlatilgan.

• Mijoz noto‘g‘ri mahsulot sotib olgan.

• Mijoz subyektiv sabab bilan rad etgan (masalan, "yoqmadi", "kerak bo‘lmadi").

5. Qaytarish uchun murojaat tartibi
   Mijoz muammoni batafsil tushuntirib, chek yoki buyurtma raqami bilan elektron pochta orqali murojaat yuboradi. 3 ish kuni ichida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Qabul qilinsa, mablag‘ 5–10 ish kuni ichida qaytariladi.

Digital Product Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
   This policy governs the return of digital products (software, templates, plugins, code, licenses, and other non-physical products delivered electronically).

2. Nature of Digital Goods
   Digital goods are delivered immediately after payment. Once downloaded or activated, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refund Conditions
   Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• The product does not match its description on the website.

• A technical error on the seller’s part makes the product unusable.

4. Refunds are not granted if:
